When the decision
must be technical,
not commercial.

  • No installation.
  • No equipment sales.
  • No manufacturer representation.
  • No commissions.

Where do you need independent judgment?

Three disciplines.
The same judgment.

The same team designs all three. The result is a documented decision that your chosen supplier can implement.

Three disciplines within the same object

Risk defines the design.

We assess your facility and design its protection independently of any manufacturer’s catalogue.

When to contact us

Before upgrading protection, expanding a facility or tendering a Grade 3 system. Also when you need an audit of existing measures.

Technical scope
Current-state audit
We review facilities, measures, procedures and documentation to identify vulnerabilities and priorities.
Strategic security plan
We define objectives, measures, phases and investment priorities for your assets and operations.
CCTV, intrusion and access
We design coverage, perimeter and indoor detection, and access architecture.
Grade 2 and Grade 3 alignment
We document alarm-system requirements according to risk and the applicable framework, including Order INT/316/2011.
Tender specifications
We prepare scope, quantities, requirements and criteria to compare bids on the same technical basis.

What you receive

Technical design with specifications, drawings, quantities and tender documents; audit and strategic plan according to the agreed scope.

Who implements it
The authorised installation company selected by the client. The same design can be tendered to several companies.
What is excluded
Equipment supply, installation, maintenance, guarding or certification issued by the installer.

The process first. Technology second.

We identify where time is lost and design how to connect processes, information and systems.

When to contact us

When a process relies on copying data, finding documents or checking information manually. Before procuring an AI tool.

Technical scope
Assessment and priorities
We map processes, data and bottlenecks. Use cases are prioritised by value, feasibility and effort.
ERP and CRM integration
We specify interfaces, data, business rules, exceptions and traceability between systems.
Document AI
We design information classification, extraction and validation with human checkpoints.
Knowledge assistants
We define sources, permissions and response criteria for internal document retrieval.
Validation and adoption
We specify acceptance tests and independent technical oversight for the appointed implementation provider.

What you receive

Process map, functional and integration specifications, roadmap and acceptance-test plan.

Who implements it
The client’s internal technology team or chosen integrator, working from a common specification.
What is excluded
Licence sales, development or implementation, system operation or commissions for recommending tools.

The network is part of the facility.

We assess the risks of connected physical systems and of office and production environments.

When to contact us

When production, office and security systems share connections without a reviewed architecture. Before expanding remote access or addressing ENS requirements.

Technical scope
Audit and risk assessment
We identify assets, exposure, vulnerabilities and existing controls to prioritise decisions.
IT and OT segmentation
We design separation between office, production and security systems, with justified flows and access.
ENS alignment
We define an alignment plan for Spain’s National Security Framework where applicable.
Security master plan
We organise measures, investments, responsibilities and dependencies into an actionable roadmap.
Technical oversight
We specify acceptance criteria and monitoring requirements for the appointed implementation provider.

What you receive

Risk report, target architecture, traffic-flow matrix, alignment plan and prioritised security master plan.

Who implements it
The systems team, integrator or cybersecurity provider appointed by the client.
What is excluded
SOC operation, managed monitoring, equipment or licence sales, or ENS certification.

Understand. Interpret.
Execute with judgment.

A document workflow explains the method. S3 defines the system; the chosen provider implements it. Sensitive decisions retain human review.

01Understand

We trace how information arrives, who uses it and where work stops. Assessment comes before tools.

02Interpret

We define what AI extracts, which sources it consults and which rules it must follow. Information becomes verifiable data.

03Execute

The provider implements the specified workflow. The system prepares the action, a person validates it where required, and the activity is recorded.

Independent by structure.

Structural independence

Our fees pay for judgment and documentation. They are unrelated to equipment volumes, recommended licences or implementation.

An integrated perspective

A connected camera, an industrial network and a digital process share risks. The same team designs all three.

Implementation-ready documentation

Scope, specifications and acceptance criteria make it possible to appoint and oversee an implementation provider.

Questions before we start.

Do you install equipment?

No. We design and document. Installation and supply are the responsibility of the authorised company you appoint.

Can you work with my installer?

Yes. Your installer can implement the design. We define requirements and review bids using the same criteria, without commissions.

What is Grade 3?

It is an alarm-system security grade associated with medium or high risks. We assess its applicability and document requirements under the applicable framework, including Spain’s Order INT/316/2011.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope, available documentation and access requirements. We agree the programme in the proposal and distinguish design time from installation time.

Do you receive commissions?

No. Our fees pay for judgment and documentation. They do not depend on the brands, licences or equipment you purchase.

Before choosing a solution,
let’s define the problem.

Tell us which facility or process needs attention. We will help you define the technical scope.

One email is enough. Tell us in three lines:

  1. Which installation or process you want reviewed.
  2. What decision is in front of you, or what worries you.
  3. When you need it resolved.

We reply from this address with a first delimitation of scope. Your email is used only for this conversation. Privacy.
